From O’Hare Airport

By Car: Follow highway signs on I-90/94 to Chicago Loop; take Ohio Street exit and continue east to State Street; turn left (north) and continue about 1/2mile to Cedar Street; turn right (east) to No. 68.

By Taxi: Price +- $35.00.

By Van: Take Continental Airport Express located on arrival (lower) level outside of baggage claim - do not follow red signs for charter buses. (Price +-$15.00 per person).

By Subway: Follow signs in airport for Trains to City; you will be on the Blue Line; take train to Loop and exit train at Washington stop; to transfer to the Red Line, go down one flight of stairs to connecting pedestrian tunnel (do not go up to street level); board Red Line train at Washington/Madison stop going north (to Howard Terminal); ride until the Clark/Division station (four stops); take stairs to street level and walk east along Division to State Street; turn right (south) two blocks to Cedar Street and then left (east) to No. 68. From Midway Airport

By Car: Drive north on Cicero Avenue to I-55 (Stevenson Expressway); follow signs to I-90/94 (to Wisconsin/Kennedy Expressway) and take Ohio Street exit downtown; continue east to State Street; turn left (north) and continue about 1/2 mile to Cedar Street; turn right (east) to No. 68.

By Van: See from O’Hare above.

By “El”: Follow signs in airport for Trains to City; you will be on the Orange Line; ride all the way to the edge of downtown and exit train at Roosevelt/State station. Follow signs to Red Line. (If you miss Roosevelt you can also change lines by riding half way around the “Loop” and exit train at State/Lake station in front of the Chicago Theater on State Street.) On the Red Line, board train going north (to Howard terminal); ride until the Clark/Division station; take stairs to street level and walk east along Division to State Street; turn right (south) two blocks to Cedar Street and then left (east) to No. 68. Parking

Like most of the streets in the neighborhood, Cedar Street allows parking only for permanent residents. There is a 24-hour attended public lot at the west end of Cedar. The cost is about $25.00 for more than 12 hours. There are also indoor public garages nearby.
